Frequently Asked Questions
i really love clay, can i join?
We accept new members on a rolling basis when spots are available. Interested members must email us to schedule a tour and inquire about available membership spaces. Please refer to our Studio Memberships page to learn about pricing and what is included. Email us at highcountryclay@gmail.com
Do I have to have experience to join?
Not at all! We believe that art should be accessible to everyone and so our studio follows suit. From beginner to master, we welcome all makers.
What is your cancellation policy for appointments?
All of our appointments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule any appointment in advance, you may contact High Country Clay at highcountryclay@gmail.com. You are eligible to cancel and reschedule my appointment up to 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations, unless emergency related, will be charged a cancellation/no-call no-show/late fee. You must show up on time for your appointment within 20 minutes of the appointment start time, or you will be charged a no-call/no-show cancellation/late fee, unless you have communicated directly to High Country Clay about your tardiness. The lesson will still continue and end at the originally scheduled time, unless the instructor is able to accomodate the client and stay longer.
Can i bring my boyfriend/girlfriend/partner/friend/mom/neighbor to the studio with me?
We currently offer day passes (at a discounted rate for members!) that are available to everyone and by appointment only. If you can’t commit to a membership, try out a day pass! Check them out here.
