Clay Painting with Gabrielle *rescheduled to march 1st*
⭐️ What is Clay Painting?
• We will create a magical wall hanging out of clay. Utilizing sgraffito carving techniques, working with glazes, and using sculptural elements, you will learn how to create a unique and original piece of art for your home. You’ll learn how to translate painting and drawing techniques onto clay! Bring a sketchbook or journal with previous drawings you’ve made and turn it into new art. Or, start from scratch!

• $50 per person ~ includes all materials + firing
• Saturday, March 1st • 3 - 6 pm • at @highcountryclay in Boone, NC (can change if inclement weather occurs)
⭐️ About the Artist
• Gabrielle Roshelli is a multi-disciplinary artist, watercolorist, ceramicist, and jewelry maker. She graduated from Appalachian State University with her BFA in painting and ceramics. She is currently the studio manager at High Country Clay in Boone, NC, and has taught, exhibited and hosted workshops in North Carolina, Mexico, and Europe. Gabrielle enjoys bridging the mediums of painting and clay to create unique and illustrative works of art.
